Terms of Use

Last updated: November 7, 2026

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we do

BathPro Match is a free matching service. We collect your project request and pass it to independent home-improvement contractors and marketing partners. We are not a contractor, we do not perform any work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee that a contractor will contact you, that you will receive a quote, or the price, quality, timing or result of any work. Contractors are independent businesses. Before hiring anyone, check their license, insurance, references and the terms of their contract.

Your information

You agree to give accurate information and to submit only your own contact details. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Calls, texts and emails

When you submit the form you agree to be contacted as described in the consent statement next to the submit button. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by telling the caller.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from work performed by any contractor.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
